Airbnb turnover cleaning: the checklist hosts should expect (Airbnb)

Preview

How a professional Airbnb turnover works, step by step, from the first inspection to the final photos?

Your reviews are your income. One missed stain or an empty coffee jar can cost you a star, and between an 11 a.m. checkout and a 3 p.m. check-in there is very little time to fix it. Here is how our turnovers work.

1. Arrive and inspect. The team walks the property and takes time-stamped photos of how it was left. They look for stains, damage and missing items, and report any issue to you straight away.

2. Laundry and cleaning at the same time. We start the laundry first and clean while it runs, so the turnover stays on schedule. We use spare sheets only when a stain will not come out, so your own set stays in rotation.

3. Full clean to guest-ready standard. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, beds and high-touch points are cleaned to a checklist, the same way every visit.

4. Restock what you provide. We refill the supplies you leave for guests, such as coffee pods and sugar. If anything is running low, we tell you what to order so you are never caught short.

5. Final photos. We take time-stamped after photos, so you see exactly how the property was left.

Why it matters. A consistent process, honest reporting and photo proof help you protect your five-star reviews.
